This video was recorded in Bilbao, Spain, on the 6th October, 2012. Its purpose is to promote the Sapali project, disseminate a positive and constructive idea about migration and attempt to promote interculturalism and the exchange of culture through art.

The video is an extract of documentary explaining the stories behind ten women involved in politics in their host countries. The concept is to show engaged migrant women in Europe that have a key role as development actors for their home and host countries.

La Ruta Project implemented by, an organisation whose mission is to document the progress of the Millennium Development Goals.

The video shows three returnees in Ecuador and their perspectives on the experience of returning to start up their own businesses. The video was shot in the village of Chunchi, Ecuador in May, 2011. The people interviewed are three returnees from the United States talking about their migration experience, their motivation to return to the village and their experiences afterwards reintegrating in the community and starting their own businesses.

Entrepreneurship Programme for Migrants’ Children promoting entrepreneurship among students receiving remittances from abroad.

The video summarizes the programme activities of 2012 where an Office of Entrepreneurship for UTP students receiving remittances from international migration experience was set up to promote entrepreneurship among migrants’ children left behind. The video shows young people sharing their thoughts and experiences in the programme.
