In times of crisis, it’s up to mayors to ensure that no one is left behind because of their migration status. Join the Mayors Migration Council and city leaders in building an inclusive COVID-19 recovery for all.

After last week's (July 2020) Mayors Migration Council (MMC)'s Annual Leadership Board meeting, the mayors of Amman, Bristol, Freetown, Kampala, Los Angeles, Milan, Montréal, São Paulo and Zürich, and the Special Envoy of the MMC and C40 are today launching a Global Solidarity Campaign for Inclusive COVID-19 Response & Recovery.

This campaign is an effort to lift up the visionary leadership of cities in building an equitable, sustainable response to the global pandemic, and call on national and international decision-makers to stand behind them as we work to set a new global standard for recovery. In times of crisis, it’s up to mayors to ensure that no one is left behind because of their migration status. Join these leaders in building an inclusive COVID-19 recovery for all.

We encourage you to share their message on Twitter and Facebook and to get the word out to others in your networks who care about this important work.
