Development and implementation of bilateral labour migration agreements

Welcome to the Training Toolkit jointly developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) on the development and implementation of bilateral labour migration agreements in Mesoamerica. Drawing on the experience of the ILO and IOM in providing technical support and advice on labour migration to governments, regional economic communities and other partners, this Toolkit aims to provide practical advice for developing and implementing effective bilateral agreements to improve the governance of migration flows, strengthen the protection of migrant workers and ensure that international recruitment is responsive to the needs of workers.
